Your OTLPA membership supports the OTLPA and the functions and tournaments it sponsors. As a player and member, you will receive reduced tournament fees, newsletters, applications, Membership Directory, a free Business Directory, last minute email updates and access to the OTLPA Tent at OMBAC. Yes, there's a big difference in annual dues for "Electronic" Membership (receiving everything via email) and for Paper-Mailed Membership (by U.S Mail) ....that's because we truly want to encourage the Electronic Membership only, as it creates less cost & work for us.
Single Membership = One person per household email address.
Family Membership = Two or more related family members of a household at the same email address.
Single membership is $20/year.
Family membership is $30/year. (A small transaction fee will be added.) THIS IS FOR "ELECTRONIC" MEMBERSHIP ONLY (whereby we have a current, and accurate email address for you).
Family Membership = is where two or more related persons are at the same email address.

RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I hereby release and promise to hold the OTLPA and the City of San Diego (COSD) harmless from any and all claims, actions, demands, rights, damages, costs, expenses or compensation for any injury to myself, my own personal property or any personal property in which I may have an interest, while I am participating in an OTLPA event or activity during the OTL season. I intend this release to be construed as broadly as possibly under California law, and if any part of it is held to be invalid or unenforceable, I agree that the remaining parts will remain effective.
I am fully aware of the risks and safety hazards, which are inherent in the sport of over-the-line and related activities and I voluntarily assume them.
I understand the OTLPA is a non-profit organization, staffed entirely by volunteers and operated for the benefit of its members and does not maintain liability insurance (or a reserve for liability coverage) for any of its events and/or activities.
This Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be binding on my heirs, executive administration, successors, assigns and transferees and shall inure to the benefit of OTLPA or the COSD or its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, attorneys, successors, assigns and any other individual and/or entity affiliated with the OTLPA of COSD.
