Hi there - In all of our efforts to move the Thanksgiving OTL tourney away from Mexico (at least for now)...we've found a new venue site for us. We're moving it to Stateline, NV where Terribles Herbst Casino is (next to Buffalo Bill's). We will get a good deal on $30/nt. room rates at Terribles Herbst Casino, and there's a spot to play OTL nearby. We could play OTL during the day, and the casinos at night, and just plain have a lot of fun socializing with the comraderie of all our OTL pals. It would probably mean that most would have to drive there, as there are no airports nearby (for a reference, it's approx. 1 hour south of Las Vegas, and 4 hours north of San Diego). Thank you.

(Please note, some have suggested Laughlin, Yuma, Phoenix, or Prescott for possible sites. These are all good suggestions, and we've already checked into the Laughlin idea. You have to remember that we need to be able to play where they are not going to charge us to use the playing area, or permit fees, etc. Otherwise there would be ABSOLUTE NO MONEY for the winner's pot!)

WHAT TO DO THERE? Everything Vegas has as far as gambling, fun, and even some family rides, shopping, concerts and a great golf couse nearby. Check out the website primmvalleyresorts.com . Plus there's 3 or 4 other casinos within walking distance....and a roller coaster. Enough to do for a 2 day weekend, around OTL.  OTL PLAYING COURTS WILL BE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE ALSO. IT'LL BE HARD-PACKED GROUND...aka GRAVEL-ish SAND. YOU'LL WANT CLEATS AND KNEE PADS POSSIBLY. IT WILL BE KIND OF LIKE PAST LAS VEGAS TOURNEY ON DIRT. NO SAND, NO GRASS.

$54.00 / team (if all players are paid-up OTLPA members), and if received by XXX XX, 2008 (a small $3 cc transaction fee will be added automatically) = $57.00

Late Entry $64.00 / team, if received AFTER XXX XX, (a small $4 cc transaction fee will be added automatically) = $68.00

Add $6.00 for each non-OTLPA-member (remember to change your amounts if it's more than one) = $6. each

Please fill this out as completely as possible. It's important to include your teammate's email address also, so we can include them on last minute tourney updates or emergency information.

DON'T FORGET!

Click on "Submit" here when finished.

...and then go back up to the top of this form for your THANK YOU note confirmation.
